What is EQUiP
MeetMentors' EQUiP mentorship program focuses on bringing to birth the talents and leadership potentials embedded within the African youth to enable them to live a meaningful and purposeful life, a life that focuses on the common good of all. EQUiP consists of four (4) modules - Purpose and Vision, Career Development, Leadership Development, and Building Strategic Relationships.

Purpose is a prerequisite for living a more resilient and focused life, being an effective leader, and working in a meaningful career, and yet, more often, challenging to discover.
EQUiP 2024 provides the African youth with the tools and necessary exposure to help them discover and live their purpose. Through effective online training modules, facilitator-led presentations, personal reflections, guidance and group discussions, EQUiP aims at helping participants to focus on living a more fulfilling life.

EQUiP is facilitated by seasoned professionals with decades of global experience in their various fields of expertise. They come from different backgrounds including Communications, Human Resources, Education, and Food Technology. They area all passionate about youth mentorship and are ready to share their expertise and experiences with participants.
